Week 7: Learner Autonomy, the One-computer Classroom, and Mobile Devices

What a great week! It is something amazing to learn, to share, to discover and explore new ideas, experiences and wide knowledge from such great teachers. I feel I’m in a marathon but I don’t want to reach the final.
Learner Autonomy is a great idea to encourage your students to be because it lets them be independent, self-esteem, self-assessment and so many things. I hope to make all my students to be learner autonomy.

Using the one-computer classroom and mobile devices have great role to change the class environment of course to make the lessons more attractive and it will help all students to participate in doing activities. I'm so proud to be a member of ET-program

Week 6: Creating Student-centered Classes and Interactive PowerPoint

I always think how I can teach a large class but I used to find it something difficult. How I can teach many students, do they understand or how I can manage this kind of class? How I can be sure that all the students are in progress or whether they grasp the lesson or not. it is not the same when you teach  small classes . when I have read the articles  Enhancing Learning by Engaging Students, Interactive Lectures  and Using Technology in Teaching Large Classes . so, now I can depend on these information in order to help and guide me.

Creating a short PowerPoint is amazing thing that I have learned this week. Actually my students know more than me and sometimes ask them to help to be familiar with. This is my first PowerPoint. I’m happy to try it because I thought that it is really something difficult.

Week 5: Project-based Learning, WebQuests, and Rubrics

It is really a hard week, I feel just I’m fighting to do everything as much as possible. I’m trying to do it on time. I know this week I haven’t done great job but I’m grateful to learn and still learning and discovering new things with all of you. I have learned a lot from your sharing opinions and ideas. creating a rubric and webquest, this is the first time I learn about webquest and creating your own rubric. It is a great thing to help yourself as a teacher to create how you are going to evaluate your students  and being sure if they grasp the lesson or not and if there is any difficulties they are facing during the lesson. Webquest: during doing my wequest I just feel happy to do it and I imagine how can plan to do project and how to do it when you follow all steps that I have written. It is clear and easy to apply. I will to do my best not only learning but sharing these with all my pairs and my students. I hope that my country applies these in our educational system because our students and teacher suffering from doing project.

Week 4: Skill-building Websites for Reading/Writing Skills and Technology-enhanced Lesson Plans

My hardest week is Week 4. I really suffer during this week because it was hard to access internet and I was busy with my exams. It is really challenged thing because I’m keen to do all my best in my studying, my work and my ET program as well.
I’m still in my way to discover so many new useful things with you Courtney and my mates through sharing all these ideas.

Reading/writing skill-building is really exciting to help my students and me to discover these sites which are really helped to enhance their skills. I’m so impressed about the ideas and I find it helpful especially I have difficulties with my students to encourage them to enjoy writing

Create a technology-enhanced lesson plan: what I like most it is simple way to write your lesson plan; to provide all students’ need in a session and to come with successful results with students.
Describe a class issue or problem helps me to face all problems that my students suffer during class.
I think all these steps are related together to deal with class issues from different angles. thank you Courtney and my classmates
